If you enrolled in a Marketplace plan, your coverage is now set for 2026.

If you missed Open Enrollment, you may still be able to get coverage outside the enrollment window if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period due to a life event such as:

Losing health coverage

Moving

Getting married or divorced

Having a baby or adopting a child

Changes in household income

You may also be eligible for Medicaid or CHIP, which are available year-round.

A statewide effort by the New Hampshire Health Plan, Covering New Hampshire is the official, free resource for Granite Staters to learn about the Health Insurance Marketplace, the New Hampshire Health Protection Program and the new, affordable health insurance plans that are now available to you. 

We’re here to help you get covered by:

  1. Helping you understand the new health care law and how it affects you.

  2. Serving as a resource to help you learn about the New Hampshire Health Protection Program and the Health Insurance Marketplace.

  3. Providing you details about the new health insurance plans that are available to Granite Staters through the Marketplace.

  4. Informing you about the financial assistance that is available to make health insurance affordable.

  5. Connecting you with the Health Insurance Marketplace and the New Hampshire Health Protection Program online or by phone.

  6. Connecting you with in-person assisters around New Hampshire who will help you through the enrollment process step-by-step.

Covering New Hampshire's ACA public education and outreach campaign includes paid digital ads, social media, video shorts, neighborhood literature drops, and a grassroots campaign to put important information about the ACA open enrollment period in front of New Hampshire individuals and families. The effort is run by Covering New Hampshire in conjunction with Granite State Progress Education Fund and the NH Health Care Coalition, and made possible with grants from the NH Children's Health Foundation and NH Charitable Foundation.
